All clients are required to add a credit card on file to secure your appointment time and date.
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is due at the time of booking.
The non-refundable booking fee is applied towards the cost of your service.
All appointment requests are scheduled through the online booking system only. I do not book appointments via phone, text or email.
Appointments are scheduled on a month-to-month basis, and I do not pre-book.
You must subscribe to my newsletter to be notified when my schedule is open for booking or when I have cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS
All booking fees are non-refundable.
Appointment cancellations require 72 hours’ notice before the service start time. You have a 1-time opportunity to reschedule your appointment at which your non-refundable booking fee will transfer to the new appointment date.
If you wish to reschedule, you have a 5 business day grace period from the date of your cancellation, otherwise your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another booking fee upon booking.
Cancellation/rescheduling for appointments less than 72 hours of service start time will result in a loss of booking fee.
Cancellations must be emailed to hello@curlsalon2911.com. Please do not call as I might be with a client, and I do not answer my phone when a client is in my chair.
24 Hour and SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 100% of booked service.
NO SHOWS are charged 100% of booked service and will be required to pay a full non-refundable prepayment for all future services.
In the event of 3 no shows, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
RESCHEDULING
You must reschedule your appointment via the online booking system 72 hours before your service start time.
Your non-refundable booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment.
If there are no dates available within the 30-day booking window, please contact me to determine a reschedule date.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late, please text or call 240-389-2015.
If you are late 15 minutes or more, a $50 late fee will be applied and we reserve the right to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you are late 30 minutes, you will be considered a "no show" and charged 100% of service booked.
HAIR PREPARATION
Please review the “Welcome from Salon 29:11” email for hair preparation instructions. Failure to properly prep your hair may result in additional fees, or cancellation of your appointment.
MEDIA
The use of pictures and videos will be for promotional and educational purposes. You always have the right to opt out of having your picture taken or recorded on video.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on services rendered, or additional fees incurred. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I am happy to provide a one-time adjustment within 2 weeks of your appointment date. Your complete satisfaction is important to me.
